Riot Games는 여성 직원에 의해 제기된 소송 해결
• 로스 앤젤레스 게임 회사의 문제는 작년에 Kotaku에 의해 처음 발굴되었으며, 이는 Riot의 성 차별과 “브로 문화”를 드러냈습니다.
• 회사가 두 건의 사건에 대해 강제 중재를 제기하여 응답했을 때 150 명 이상의 직원이 항의 시위를 벌였습니다.
• 캘리포니아 주 Riot 사무소에서 근무하는 여성에 대한 임금 차별, 승진, 성희롱 및 보복에 대한 성 차별 주장이 제기된 소송 중 하나는 원칙적으로 법원 밖에서 해결 된 것입니다. Riot은 "우리의 입장에 있는 많은 회사들이 선택하지 않았을 수있는 길입니다. 그러나 우리는 그것이 우리가  앞으로 나아 가기 위해 그 이상으로 갈 준비가 되어 있다고 Rioters와 미래의 Rioters에게 할 수 있는 가장 강력한 진술이라고 생각했습니다.
• 우리는 소송에 강한 입장에 있다고 생각했지만, 장기적으로는 Riot와 Rioters 모두에게 최선인 것이 이상적인 결과임을 깨달았습니다.
• 이 소송은 또한 Riot Games가 “승진 거부, 인상된 보상 또는 동등한 임금 지급 거부, 강등, 현저히 다른 책임으로의 전출, 복리후생 상실, 정직, 해고 및 기타 불리한 고용 조치로 보복했다고 주장했습니다.
• 리그 오브 레전드의 제작사 Riot Games는 성희롱 혐의로 회사에 제기된 집단 소송을 해결하여 역사의 미안한 장을 마무리지었습니다.
