Three words: wholesale transfer pricing.

Amazon interested in buying Boost from T-Mobile, Sprint. The largest U.S. online retailer want the wireless network and spectrum. And here in India we have a big telco Reliance Jio which is getting into e-commerce. Are Ambani and Bezos exchanging notes? https://t.co/EkeAV3RM9A

An attractive wholesale transfer price for six years and a starter pack of radio frequencies might make a fourth mobile operator viable. Or not. Depends on the wholesale price/terms and how much/what type of spectrum. Consistent with the Project Kuiper satellite constellation.
