인텔, Compute Card 모듈식 플랫폼 포기

• 이 회사는 이번 주에 Compute Card의 미래에 대한 가시성이 높아질 때까지 Compute Card 기반 랩톱을 위한 NexPad 프로젝트를 보류 중이라고 확인했습니다.
• 랩톱, 올인원 데스크탑 PC, POS 단말기와 같은 업무용 또는 산업용 장비와 같이 CPU 나 RAM과 같은 구성 요소의 업그레이드를 지원하지 않는 장치는 Compute Card 플랫폼을 사용하여 핵심 사양을 업그레이드하는 방법을 쓸 수 있었습니다. 
• 그러나 프로세서, RAM, 스토리지 및 무선 연결은 카드에서 바로 사용할 수 있습니다.
• 인텔은 신용 카드 크기의 PC를 처음 선보인 지 2 년 만에 컴퓨터 카드를 없앴습니다.
• 즉, 장치를 업그레이드해야 할 필요가 생기면 완전히 새로운 장치로 전환하는 대신 새 모듈로 교체 할 수 있습니다.

Dear Valued Users,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important upcoming change to our services. After careful consideration and analysis, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our wiki site, effective one month from 2024/04/30.
