• 디즈니는 지난해 컴캐스트가 21 세기 폭스를 따내려는 초대받지 않은 시도를 한 이후에, 폭스와의 수정된 협상을 발표했을 때, 현금으로 약 357 억 달러를 지불하고 거래 자금 조달을 위해 3 억 4,300 만 개의 새로운 디즈니 주식을 발행 할 것으로 예상했습니다.
• 양사의 통합을 통해 중복 업무가 배제된 디즈니가 올해 말에 디즈니 플러스의 글로벌 스트리밍 플랫폼이라는 최우선 과제를 지원하기 위해 자원을 재할당할 때 최대 4,000 명의 해고가 발생하리라 예측됩니다.
•  그럴 필요가 있을 때,이 협상은 엔터테인먼트 산업에 커다란 변화를 가져올 것으로 예상되지만, 특히 Marvel Studios의 경우, Kevin Feige와 그의 팀이 X-Men과 Fantastic 4를 MCU에 가져올 길이 뚤릴 것입니다. 
• 게임의 후반이기도 하고, 아이디어는 요원해 보였지만 Marvel의 3단계 피날레가 끝나면, 다음 달에 최소한 몇 가지 프로젝트를 발표 할 수 있기를 바랍니다.
