한국 대법원, 퀄컴의 반독점 법 위반 1.8억 달러 벌금 확정. 2009년 하급심 퀄컴에 2730억원 벌금 부과한 공정위 판정을 인정. 퀄컴 고등법원에 항소 그러나 고법 역시 하급심 판결 인정. 이제 대법원 하급심 판결 확정하고 벌금은 2000억원(1.8억 달러)로 줄여. https://t.co/FW74Cn4h4z
