Personally, though, I'm looking forward to Chrome OS Flex. I've flipped a few old PCs that were running Windows really slowly to Chromium OS thanks to CloudReady, so having first party support from Google with additional features will be highly welcome!

Wow! This feels like deja vu to more than a decade ago when I was installing ChromeOS on my MacBook to play with before Chromebooks existed! Cool to see Google finally embrace this market https://t.co/qWIiOoDYCq

Excited about Chrome OS Flex, a new version designed to run on old PCs and Macs to bring the same speed, security and simplicity of Chrome OS to existing hardware. Early access for now, but look forward to seeing feedback! https://t.co/cGwCl8D23M https://t.co/CpEUaBuTYV

Confession: I love a good Chromebook. Now I can make one at home, and squeeze more life out of an old, well-loved laptop at the same time. https://t.co/oqBjQAo6tZ

I’m really glad Google are bringing ChromeOS to old Macs and PCs. I have so many old Macs lying around that are frankly just fine for web surfing and basic tasks but Apple no longer supports the OS.https://t.co/UhQwo7oXG3
