GM, 크루즈, 핸즈프리 드라이빙에 '블루 크루즈' 이름 사용을 차단하기 위해 포드 고소
제너럴모터스(GM)는 올해 초 발표한 핸즈프리 드라이빙 기능에 '블루 크루즈(Blue Cruise)'라는 이름을 사용하는 것을 막기 위한 소송을 제기했습니다. 

• 소송에 대한 대응으로, 마이크 리바인 포드 대변인은 이메일 성명을 통해 "우리는 GM 크루즈의 주장이 가치가 없고 경솔하다고 생각합니다.
• "모든 자동차 회사가 제공하고 있으며, '크루즈'는 일반적으로 이 기능의 약자입니다.
• 지난 4월 Ford는 BlueCruise 핸즈프리 고속도로 주행 시스템을 도입했습니다.
• GM은 금전적 손해배상을 요구하고 있으며, 포드 사의 명칭 사용중지 명령을 내릴 것을 요구하고 있습니다.
