비디오는 비행기 문을 열려고 한 후 좌석에 테이프로 붙여진 여성의 모습을 보여줍니다.
• 일등석 여성 탑승자가 착륙 후 출발하는 승객에게 고함을 지르려 할 때 가슴과 입에 덕트 테이프를 감고 있는 모습이 보인다.
• 틱톡 동영상은 한 여성이 승무원을 공격하고 비행기 앞문을 열려고 하자 아메리칸항공 여객기 좌석에 테이프로 테이프로 고정한 것을 보여준다.
• Arie는 "모든 승무원들이 복도를 왔다갔다 하며 미친 듯이 서로에게 속삭이는 것과 같은 소동이 두 시간 비행에 시작되었다"고 설명했습니다."
• 승무원들은 욕실을 잠그기 시작했고 머리 위 쓰레기통에서 가방을 꺼내기 시작했지만 정확히 무슨 일이 일어나고 있는지 말하지 않았습니다. 
• 비행기가 착륙할 때, 승객들 근처에 앉았던 승무원은 명백한 정신 이상을 겪고 있는 여성이 "분노했다"고 설명하며 비행기에서 내리려고 했습니다."
• 아메리칸 항공의 대변인은 인사이더에게 보낸 이메일 성명에서 그 여성이 "앞쪽 탑승문을 열려고 시도했으며 승무원을 폭행하고 물었으며 부상을 입혔다"고 말했습니다.
