He never claimed it was less deadly in the flu, as is obvious to anyone who is functionally literate. https://t.co/Q1nkSm7fL8

The employee who flagged the Trump post specifically asked about the "don't be afraid of Covid" statement, and said that it seems dangerous "given the current and very real risk of COVID-19."

Facebook's policies change according to who is in power. Before Trump, they were spending money on hackathons to help communities create tools to combat hate and bigotry. I know because I did them. After Trump was elected, they scaled back. Maybe they see the writing on the wall.

Trump tweeting "Repeal Section 230!" when Facebook or Twitter takes down one of his posts is analogous to him tweeting "Fake news!" whenever the Times or Post publishes a story that makes him look bad, and imo should be taken about as seriously.

This is Facebook's Covid-19 misinformation policy, per @nick_clegg.

Facebook is now censoring the President of the United States. The rationale is weak. One private company has more power than the most powerful government in the world to crush freedom of speech. If @realDonaldTrump loses we will never be free from the domination of Silicon Valley

I will be leaving the great Walter Reed Medical Center today at 6:30 P.M. Feeling really good! Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life. We have developed, under the Trump Administration, some really great drugs & knowledge. I feel better than I did 20 years ago!
