The SW Promotion Act and the Digital Signature Act exceed the threshold of the National Assembly Standing Committee
• The amendment of the Software Industry Promotion Act included a plan to completely change the government's software support system, such as protecting SMEs in relation to software orders.
• Senator Kim Seong-tae, a secretary of the Future Integration Party, said, “On the 5th of the plenary session, Chairman Roh is holding a standing committee illegally”
• Eventually, the members of the future unification party left the conference when the bill began to be introduced, and the remaining Democrats along with the bill handled the bill.
• The Digital Signature Act states that "the abolition of the accredited certificate system will introduce a system for evaluating and accrediting digital signature certification services that conform to international standards."
• The amendment of the Software Promotion Act and the Electronic Signature Act passed the National Assembly's Science and Technology Information and Communications Commission on May 5.
