A taxi dispatch. You invented a taxi dispatch. https://t.co/KlR3nnqtiD

This seems sensible? Traditional taxi operators becoming fewer and further between; those who can't use app still need a way to book rides https://t.co/PD40FxWnM3

I’m hoping this works by operators actually using the app, completing the circle. https://t.co/WfCirxB3Bt

This was one of the things I piloted during my Uber internship, 3 years ago.

Works amazingly well for non-tech savvy population. Many senior citizens loved it :)
Problem is how do you prevent it from being used as a Support Line instead of a Booking one.https://t.co/jAzu7SV7mp
Today, in reinventing the wheel(s): Uber's latest test books rides with a phone call, not the app https://t.co/4I6ogYizby

The way it works is to dial 1-833-USE-UBER. The company will then connect the caller to a live operator, who will book the ride.
