프랑스, 페이스북의 Libra, 암호화폐 규제 검토를 위한 G7 태스크포스 설립

• G7 태스크 포스는 유럽 중앙 은행 이사회 의장인 Benoit Coeure가 이끌게 될 것입니다.
• 마크 카니 영국 총리는 6 월 18 일 리브라 논의에서 자신의 중앙 은행은 "안전성과 건전성 및 규제의 관점에서 매우 높은 기대를 안게 될 것"이라고 말했습니다.
• "우리는 혁신에 개방적이고 규제에 대한 탄탄함을 결합하고자 합니다.
• 같은 날 러시아의 고위 관리는 나라는 국가의 금융 시스템을 위협할 수 있기 때문에, 리브라를 합법화하지 않을 것이라고 말했습니다.
• 프랑스는 G7 회원국들이 페이스북의 리브라 cryptocurrency와 같은 'stablecoin' 프로젝트를 조사할 특별 조사단을 구성할 것입니다.
• Villeroy 씨에 따르면, 문제의 일부는 "안정된" 암호화 통화의 개념을 정의할 필요가 있다는 것입니다.
• 글쎄 페이스북은 아직 정의되지 않은 화폐 통화 바스켓에 고정되어 있는 리브라라 불리는 stablecoin을 출시하고 있습니다.
• 특히 프랑스는 거래의 수단으로 리브라에 반대하지 않지만, 그것이  주권 통화가 되는 것에는 열렬히 반대합니다.
