In order to carry iPhone on their fledgling cell networks, Apple makes Comcast & Charter sell iPads. Charter allows customers to use Apple TV as their cable box, so they get off a bit easier than Comcast, which is forced to eat the cost of discounts https://t.co/oOXplxWC0H
